The Golan's newest resident

Short and to the point, because it's late and I've had a roller coaster type of day.

Chave gave birth a baby boy this afternoon - who holds the distinction (for the time being) of being the newest resident of the Golan Heights!

What's even more impressive is that he's never even been to the Golan, that is if you don't count while he was in Chave's womb. He was born in Safed, the Upper Galilee city of the kabbalists and in a hospital that's situated across a valley from the tomb of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai (Rashbi), the author of the Zohar.

Congradulations from Sweden!
Just found your blog and, since I consider the Golan to be my most favorite place to be, it's nice to hear that there is now a new life that will experience it.
Shalom.
